Kimhi, Dov

Kimhi, Dov
(1889-1961)
   Israeli author, trans-lator and editor, of Galician origin. He was born in Jaslo, Galicia, and emigrated to Palestine in 1908. He settled in Jerusalem, where he taught at Rehaviah Gymnasium. He wrote novels, short stories and essays, and produced numerous translations.
